We are Sophie and Julien, a couple in our forties who love Alsace, its traditions, and Mother Nature.
I’m Sophie, your main host. I have a soft spot for old furniture (family heirlooms, flea market finds, or treasures from garage sales). I also love wildlife and plants: you’ll often find me picking mushrooms or aromatic herbs, basket in hand and a smile on my face.
Julien is more of a rational thinker. Passionate about IT and home automation, he excels at making the house smart… and explaining why the Wi-Fi box is more reliable than the weather forecast.
We also have an 11-year-old daughter, full of life, who loves sharing her discoveries—she talks all the time!
And to complete the tribe: two big dogs weighing 40 kg each and a cool, laid-back turtle that takes life at its own pace…
